Notice: We do not meet half way.
We do meet in Canton, TX in a public location for safety of buyer, seller and puppies.
WE DO NOT HOLD PUPPIES WITHOUT A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT
Before placing a deposit make sure you are ready for a puppy. Once you place a deposit it is non-refundable. The only reason for a refund is if the puppy should get injured, dies or is not what I described to you. Again, deposits are non-refundable.
With mixed hair coats, it is sometimes hard to tell the difference in a soft wire coat, wire coat and long coat at this age. Coats are not guaranteed.
We are not meeting in person with the puppies until the puppies are  6 weeks old and have had a series of vaccinations.  This reduces the stress on the puppies and the risk of meeting new people.  When the puppies come back to mom with different scents on them, mom will sometimes push them away. We don't want any puppies rejected by mom.Since we are a state-licensed breeder, we have to follow the guidelines recommended. I totally understand if you do not want to do it that way. The only way we hold puppies is with a non-refundable deposit.
You can check back with us when they are 8 weeks old, and if we still have any puppies, you can see them in person then. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but that is the way it is being done now for the safety of the buyer, seller, or puppies.
Thank you for understanding.
PROCESS:
1. Fill out Application (see link)
2. Once you pick a puppy let me know
3. I will fill out a Deposit Contract (like the one listed below)
4. I will email the contract to you
5. Read the contract and send a confirmation email accepting the contract
6. You can then send the deposit via pay pal, credit card, Venmo or Zelle
Sending a deposit signifies that you understand the deposit is non-refundable.

7. I will send you a receipt
8. Pictures are updated every 2 weeks (normally)
9. After the puppies are 5 weeks you can come see them, if you like
10. Pick up the puppy on the date scheduled, and bring the balance in cash.
NOTICE: Please, before committing to a new puppy, make sure your landlord allows pets. Make sure your whole family wants a dog. If you need permission to get a puppy, please get permission before making a commitment. All calls, texts, emails, and contracts must be made by an adult. No calls from children. Once you commit to a puppy, we will send a contract. Once the contract is agreed on, then you will be required to send a deposit to hold. The amount of deposit depends on the age of the puppy and the length of time being held, which can be from 20% to 50%.  No puppy is held without a deposit. Without a deposit, puppies are on a first-come basis. If you place a deposit to hold a puppy, you are expected to pick up on an agreed-upon day and time. If you must cancel or reschedule, an additional deposit may be required. If you reschedule more than 3 times, a rescheduling fee may be added. If you fail to pick up after 3 attempts or fail to show up at all, the deposit and all money paid will be forfeited. Do not commit if you are not ready to purchase and pick up the puppy. No checks for any payment; the final payment must be in cash. Deposits are non-refundable. Do not make a commitment and deposit if you don't intend to follow through with the purchase.
We use and recommend NuVet Supplements, please see the link
When multiple applications come in on the same puppy, we contact the first approved application and then move down the list. Some applications take longer to verify. If they have missing information, this can delay  your application. This is the fairest way we have found to place our puppies. Due to the high demand for puppies, our process has changed. A puppy is not held for you to decide. If no commitment is made by you, the puppy is still for sale.
The first applicant is sent a deposit contract, usually within 2 hours, then given 2 hours to make the deposit once the  contract was emailed to them.  This is about a 4-hour process. If they fail to make the deposit, then we move to the next application. The same process applies. Sometimes, we may go through 3 or 4 applications before someone makes a commitment. Once a deposit is made, the puppy is no longer for sale; it is "Sale Pending".
If the buyer fails to pick him up at 8 weeks or the arranged date, he would then again be offered to the next in line. I get a sizable deposit, so that seldom happens unless some tragedy occurs. If there are multiple people wanting the same puppy, after the first contact, the puppy is available if the first person did not make a commitment and request a deposit contract be mailed to them.  If you are serious about a puppy, please make that clear. Don't say I have to talk to my spouse, then get upset if someone else places a deposit before you. Once I send a contract (after you request it), I will not take a deposit from someone else. If this is unclear, please ask questions. I do my best to find the best, most compatible homes for each puppy.

All puppies come up to date on vaccinations: Neo Vac DA2 (Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type 2, modified live virus) and Neo Par (Parvo virus); shot record will be supplied at the time of sale.  They will also be dewormed on a regular schedule, starting at 2 weeks then every 2 weeks until sold. Printed records are given at the time of pick-up.

All puppies are sold as pets with no warranty or promise of breeding ability. We also do not warranty or guarantee against non-descending testicles. Most pure-breed puppies come with APRI registration, current shot/dewormings with records, and a puppy food sample. ACA registration is included with the microchip fee, also. If you want AKC registration, AKC will normally dual-register an APRI puppy by sending in a copy of the APRI registration papers. We do not provide or promise AKC registration.  Most puppies are registered with APRI as well as ACA, which comes included with the microchip package, which is done online. Most of my breeding stock is also AKC (parents); however, I do not include AKC registration with puppy sales.  As puppies are sold as pets with no expectations of breeding ability or quality.  We prefer our puppies to go into loving homes as part of the family.  The only puppies sold with expectations of breeding are to other licensed breeders, either with the state or USDA. Cockapoo puppies come with ICA Registration as they are not pure-breed; they are a designer breed.

Microchipping: We can microchip your puppy for $30.00. The chip will be transferred into your name (as soon as we get confirmation of the puppy’s well-being veterinarian check-up)  with:  MARRS Microchip, Inc. This subject to change if the cost goes up to us.

All sales will have sales tax added to the purchase price, Texas is an Origin-based state.

When visiting our puppies, we do NOT allow visiting pets.  This is in part of our veterinarian protocol and the regulations of the state licensing.  Part of the biosecurity reasons. There is an unnecessary risk to my puppies from attacks of older dogs and/or the spreading of diseases.

People always ask which is better, male or female: (1) Males can mark their territory, often have inappropriate behavior of humping.  Most of this can be derailed with early neutering. (2) Females can tend to get excited and sprinkle tinkle.  Every 6-8 months, they come into heat cycles, which can be messy.  Both problems are normally curbed by getting either male or female fixed (spayed or neutered). Most opinions are based on if the person had a good or a bad experience with a male or a female.  Some people prefer males, some people prefer females.  Females normally are priced slightly more than a male, as some people think they can have just one litter to recoup the price paid for the puppy.  I don't recommend breeding your family pet.  There is always risk in whelping puppies, and it isn't as 'fun' as you may think it will be.  Puppies, if not prepared and set up for whelping, can be hectic.  My puppies are sold to become members of the family, a beloved pet.  A puppy is a big commitment, please think about it before making a purchase.  Make sure you are ready for a puppy.  The first couple of weeks can be hard to handle, much like bringing home an adopted 2-year-old.
Not all breeds of puppies are always available.  At times, I have puppies listed from other breeders.  If I don't have what you are looking for, you can message me, and I may be able to refer you to another licensed breeder. The pictures below are just random pictures.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person if we feel it is not a suitable match.
NO PUPPY (0-8 weeks) IS HELD WITHOUT A (20-35%) of total price* NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If over 9 weeks, payment in full only to be held more than 24 hours. *Deposit required depends on price and age of puppy.

Remember if for any reason you cannot keep your puppy/dog, please let us know we will work with you to find him/her a new home, or we will take him/her back until we can find a suitable home. Please, we do not ever want one of our puppies to end up in a shelter. Please spay or neuter your pet, prevent unwanted puppies. No refund or charges.

Deposits can be made via pay-pal, credit card, cash app. or  Venmo (with 3.75% convenience fee),  Zelle Quick Pay (no fee). Deposits are for puppies under 9 weeks old.  Puppies ready to leave must be paid in full. Final payment must be in cash.

Any puppy held after purchase for delivery for a special occasion, i.e. Christmas Gift, Vacations, Birthdays, etc., will be charged $10.00 per day board fee from date of purchase until pick up date.  14 day maximum.  All puppies must be paid for in full at 9 weeks of age.

"Please note:  Sometimes pictures and information may be found on other websites, some times, they are advertised by me, some go through a 3rd person server,  some times they are posted on other sites without my knowledge, some sites post just to have ads.  Many times the ads have the wrong information, wrong price, pictures that don't match the puppy information, etc.  The price and information on this website: kando puppies, is final and is the accurate information.  We do NOT honor information given on other sites.  Please when emailing confirm the price before driving out thinking you are getting a particular puppy for a certain price."

All our puppies are handled from the first day of life.  After they have had their first Neopar and Neovac vaccines, they get to venture out into the world and take car rides, riding in the Gator. This helps them get used to a moving vehicle, so hopefully they won't get car sick when you pick them up.  Weather permitting, they go with us to rodeos and barrel races and get to play with kids and people at the rodeos.  We visit the local nursing homes as often as we can. Nothing warms the heart like petting a puppy.  The puppies have play time weather permitting and puppies from different litters to get a chance to romp and play with other puppies, not just their siblings. Hopefully, they will not be scared when they go to a new home that has an existing resident dog.  It is hard to say how your resident dog will react to a new puppy in the house.  Normally, within two weeks, everyone is getting along fine.  We start working with the puppies on potty training, crate training. Sometimes, they will have some collar and leash training done. This is all done, weather permitting, and each puppy is different.  Most all will be familiar with a doggy door. No puppy is sold as house-trained.  Anytime you take a puppy from the only home it has ever known and take it to a new home, there will be an adjustment time.  Much like adopting a two-year-old, everything is new and different, and you never know exactly how the puppy will react.  New home, new rules, new surroundings. Remember, this is all new and overwhelming for a small puppy.  The first two weeks are tough love.  We take great pride in raising healthy, well-socialized puppies.  We hope that the families who take them home with them love them for their whole life. Please think long and hard about the decision to buy a puppy. It is a commitment for the next 10, 12-15 years. Don’t make a hasty decision.

Feed only a high quality puppy food like Diamond Puppy,  Purina Pro Plan (small breed), Royal Canin, Eukanuba,
Nutri Source Puppy Food (dry).
