16. A puppy is a major commitment. They require proper training and care. Shelters are full of unwanted pets. If you are not ready for a lifetime commitment please don't go any further. Are you 100% sure you are ready for a 10-16 year commitment? You understand that any money paid for the puppy be it deposit or full purchase price is non refundable if you change your mind. 17. You have read the puppy care instructions on the website and fully understand the risk of hypoglycemia in young puppies. You agree to call us if any problems, immediately? Return the puppy, if necessary? *

18. Once you purchase a puppy you agree to take it to your Veterinarian for it's Well Puppy Check Up within 48 hours. You must email, text photo copy of Veterinarian Report. Failing to do so will void your warranty. (If you need additional time contact us). Do you agree to this? Absolutely, no vaccinations, de-worming, heartworm preventative or flea & tick preventative is to be given at this appointment. Schedule the puppies 2nd appointment for any medicines started, after the puppy is settled in to his/her new home. *

19. For the safety of our puppies, yourself and ourselves we only meet in public outdoor areas. (weather permitting) Meeting location: Dairy Queen, 17249 Interstate 20, Canton, TX 75103 this is a safe convenient place to meet. Is this acceptable for you? *

20. Requesting a deposit Contract. If you are ready to take the next step in securing a puppy please request a deposit contract and we will get one emailed to you. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless puppy is unfit to sale. Deposits are APX. 30% of total cost of puppy, tax and microchip package. FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE IN CASH. By accepting this contract and sending a deposit you are agreeing to these terms. You understand a deposit is non refundable. Do you agree? *

Please be prepared - Before bringing the puppy home have your supplies ready: Food, we recommend a high quality food, like Diamond Puppy, Eukanuba, or Royal Canin. Have food bowl, water bowl, bed, crate ready. Puppy is currently eating Diamond Puppy Food. *

We reserve the right to refuse sale of any puppy to any person if we feel it is not a suitable match.
We must have a completed application on every one who purchases one of our puppies. We are very selective to whom we place our puppies.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP OR IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. The only reason a deposit will be refunded is if the puppy becomes ill, injured or is not fit for sale. Once we receive your deposit the puppy will no longer be offered for sale, it will be on HOLD for you. Sending deposit is agreeing to this. You are agreeing to the terms and condition of this contract once you send the deposit. We do NOT show puppies in person until they have had 2 parvo shots. This is for the safety of our puppies and other litters we may have at the time. We do not want to carry parvo back into our puppy facility.

NOTE: WE ARE HAVING PEOPLE REQUEST A DEPOSIT CONTRACT- PLACE A DEPOSIT- THEN CHANGE THEIR MIND - I HAVE REFUNDED TWO DEPOSITS DUE TO SAD STORIES I.E. DEATH, ILLNESS, DIVORCE, LOST JOBS - THEN AFTER REFUNDING A PART OR FULL DEPOSIT - THEN HAVING THE ORIGINAL INTENDED BUYER - DISPUTE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL OR VENMO - ENDING UP GETTING THE REFUND TWICE. DUE TO THIS WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ELECTRONIC PAYMENT. ANY REFUNDS MUST BE MADE WITH WRITTEN REQUEST, VALID PROOF OF REASON YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND. ANY DISPUTES OF STOPPED PAYMENTS WILL BE HANDLED IN VAN ZANDT COUNTY COURTS. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE. BREEDERS GET SCAMMED ALSO.

This limited warranty covers only the puppy described in this agreement. To activate the guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours from date of delivery. If Veterinarian finds the puppy to be unsuitable, return puppy immediately. Changing your mind, family dispute, landlord problems does not warrant a refund. Failure to have the puppy checked by your Veterinarian voids this warranty.
If puppy is declared to be unsuitable for sale or life threatening condition, genetic or heredity problems, by a licensed Veterinarian, return puppy along with all registration papers, along with a written report from veterinarian to seller, within 3 days, and puppy will be replaced with one of equal value.
If puppy should die within 7 days, all registration papers and a Necropsy Report from Veterinarian stating cause of death, must be given to seller, before a replacement puppy of equal value will be given. Death due to injury/accident or hypoglycemia is not covered. Necropsy must be done for replacement.
The puppy is guaranteed for one year from the puppy's date of birth for any life threatening congenital or hereditary disorders. Seller has right to take puppy to own Veterinarian for second opinion, before replacement puppy will be given. Only feed Diamond puppy food.
NO CASH WILL BE REFUNDED, unless replacement puppy is not available within 90 days. Seller is NOT responsible for any Veterinarian charges, shipping charges or delivery charges. Seller's liability is limited to the price paid for the puppy, no other charges or fees. Any Veterinary or shipping expenses for returning puppy or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense.
All appropriate shots for the puppy's age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. However puppies are not fully immune until vaccination series is complete, at 20 weeks of age. These diseases can be spread via contact, air, hands and clothing, please take precautions.
New owner is responsible to continue the vaccination series, failure to complete series by licensed Veterinarian voids all guarantees and warranty.
Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, coccidia, giardia, internal/external parasites (worms, fleas, ticks), alopecia, cold or heat related issues, physical or emotion stress; non-descending testicles, luxating patellas, hernias, open fontanelle, overbite/underbite.
Puppies go through a lot of stress when they are taken away from their siblings and go to their new homes. HYPOGLYCEMIA or low blood sugar is a common problem with all small breed puppies. We highly recommended feeding Nutri-Cal, 1-3 pea size globs 3-5 times a day, for the first 2 weeks.
No guarantee is given as to size, weight, hair coat, breed ability, or disposition of puppy.
This guarantee is not valid if the puppy is sold or given to a third party. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, in County of Van Zandt. It is agreed that the place of venue of any litigation or arbitration shall be in Van Zandt County, Texas and shall not exceed the price paid of said puppy, no Veterinarian, shipping or delivery fees will be covered by the seller.

• • By signing this sales contract, l, the buyer, am agreeing to these terms. My signature also signifies that, I have inspected the puppy and the puppy appears to be healthy. I agree to take puppy to my Veterinarian within 48 hours for puppy check-up. I will notify seller immediately of any problems.

If you are ready to place a deposit on a puppy, please call, email or text to request a deposit contract. Once you request a deposit contract you have 4 hours to make the deposit payment. The puppy remains for sale until a deposit has been made. We often get multiple applications on the same puppy, if that happens we go in order of the time of the application. Remember deposits and payments are non refundable, unless there is a health issue with the puppy, refer to purchase contract, signed at time of sale for warranty coverage.
Changing your mind is not a reason for refund.

Payment: I accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo (with 3.75% fee) or Zelle Quick pay, (with no fees), no personal checks please. Texas is an origin based State, so all sales must have sales tax added. I prefer credit cards and pay-pal for deposits only; final payment in cash upon picking up the puppy.

NOTICE: All electronic payments such as, credit card and/or Venmo. Cash App. & PayPal transactions will have an added fee of 3.75% transaction fee. This is what we are charged and we have to pass this convenience fee on to our customers. Sorry about this, but we are losing too much in credit card fees.

Don't forget to make your Veterinarian appointment for your new puppy check up within 48 hours of purchase. Please use a private practice Veterinarian not Banfield Animal Hospital. (If you can't get an appointment within 48 hours, just let us know you need an extension). Please email us with the results of your First Check up.

Do not give your new puppy any type of vaccinations the first 7 days, allow the puppy time to settle in, the added stress is not good for the puppy.
