NO Aussiedoodle puppies at this time.
Aussiedoodles (F1) are a cross between the Australian Shepherd and Poodle, which, I feel, are two of the most intelligent dog breeds in the world. They are smart, friendly and the better of two wonderful breeds. Low-non shedding and hypo-allergenic. Aussiedoodles love everyone and will be the most popular dog in the neighborhood. Aussiedoodles come in 3 sizes, from toys to standard. You will see breeders who dock tails and some who do not dock tails and a variety of lengths in between. There really is no right or wrong length. Aussiedoodles come in 3 sizes.
My Australian Shepherd Moms are from 45-60# and 22-24" tall at withers and My Standard Poodle Dads are 60-75 pounds and 25-27" tall at the withers. Reg. ICA or CKC.

NOTICE: When multiple applications come in on the same puppy we contact the first approved application, and then move down the list. Some applications, take longer to verify. If they have missing information, this can delay your application. This is the fairest way we have found to place our puppies. Due to the high demand of puppies, our process has changed, a puppy is not held for you to decide, if no commitment is made by you the puppy is still for sale.
The first applicant is sent a deposit contract, usually within 2 hours then given 2 hours to make deposit once the contract was emailed to them. This is about a 4 hour process. If they fail it make the deposit then we move to the next application. Same process, some times we may go through 5 or 6 applications before someone makes a commitment. Once a deposit is made the puppy is no longer for sale it is "Sale Pending".
If the buyer fails to pick him up at 8 weeks or the arranged date, he would then again be offered to the next in line. I get a sizable deposit so that seldom happens unless some tragedy. If there are multiple people wanting the same puppy, after the first contact, the puppy is available if the first person did not make a commitment and request a deposit contract be emailed to them. If you are serious about a puppy, please make that clear. Don't say I have to talk to my spouse, then get upset, if someone else places a deposit before you. Once I send a contract (after you request it, I will not take a deposit from someone else). If this is unclear please ask questions.
I do my best to find the best most compatible homes for each puppy.

Due to the covid 19 we are not meeting in person with the puppies, until the puppies are ready to go at 8 weeks old and have had 2 series of vaccinations. This reduces the stress on puppies, and the risk of meeting new people. Since we are a state licensed breeder, we have to follow the guidelines recommended.
I totally understand if you do not want to do it that way. The only way we hold puppies is with a deposit.
You can check back with us when they are 8 weeks old, and if we still have any puppies, you can see them in person then. We are sorry for any inconvenience but that is the way it is being done now for the safety of buyer, seller or puppies.
Thank you for understanding.

We try to update pictures every two weeks, we do not take pictures daily, we do not do videos.
We never take pictures of a puppy unbathed, in order to bathe, dry and photograph a puppy we do the whole litter, so all puppies are retuned to mom, smelling the same. We don't want to upset mom, by taking puppies and then bringing them back smelling different. Often things can upset a mom and she can injure a puppy for unknown reasons. We keep our nursery area quite warm and drastic changes in temperature can make puppies sick, another reason we don't bother our young puppies, too often. There are times we have multiple litters of puppies and we never mix the puppies, so when handling one litter we don't handle another litter. Keep in mind, the families with deposits on the other puppies, also want pictures of their puppies, we try to be equally fair to all. We are taking every precaution to keep your puppy safe and healthy so he/she is ready to come home to you at the scheduled date. There are often times, that we had new moms whelping and we don't want to upset her, while shuffling neighboring puppies in and out. Please respect our routine. We had rather care for our babies, than to be taking excessive photo request and videos.

Price guideline, this is just an estimate.
Solid black male start at $1200.00; Solid black female start at $1300.00
Solid brown male or with white trim $1400.00; Solid brown female or with white trim $1500.00
Merle male start at $1600.00; Merle Female start at $1700.00
Merle male with white trim start at $1800.00; Merle female with white trim start at $2000.00
Blue eyes are a bonus and are NOT guaranteed to stay blue. The more white markings the more the puppy cost. The flashy puppies are in higher demand and prices accordingly. This is just a guideline and not a firm price. Since people are working from home, more kids being home schooled, less traveling for vacations, the demand for puppies has gone up, and so have the prices. All puppies have had a 24-45% increase in prices. I don't know how long the prices will be up, probably as long as gas, Veterinarian costs, food cost and insurance is up.

The Aussiedoodle is a crossbreed, the result of a deliberate mating between two different breeds. Opening your heart and home to a crossbreed is like opening a beautifully wrapped package on your birthday: you never know what’s going to be inside. It’s often assumed that a crossbreed will combine the best of two or more breeds, but genetics doesn’t always work that way. The way genes combine and express themselves is not always subject to a breeder’s control, even less so when two different breeds are crossed.
If you are looking for a quality pet, non to low shedding, great with kids and other animals that is super loving and easy to train then this is your breed. Once you meet an Aussiedoodle you’ll be hooked for life.
The reason behind crossing the Australian Shepard and the Standard Poodle was to produce a puppy that holds desired traits from both breeds and for people who love the Australian Shepard, but who were allergic to dog dander or disliked the shedding that goes along with this breeds double coat. Crossing the two breeds gives you a dog that has the Aussie’s beautiful color combinations and those amazing blue eyes as well as their human like intelligent brain mixed with the Poodles high intelligence, excellent conformation, and a non shedding coat…and some say you get the BEST of both worlds!
When cross breeding two purebred dogs you also get what is called hybrid vigor, resulting in a healthier dog with superior genetic constitution.
Coat Type: AussieDoodles coats come in a range of types, from wavy to curly. Grooming needs vary depending on coat type, with brushing for a wavy coat to professional clipping for curly haired dogs. Tails may be full (usually carried up with a curl) or they may be docked.
Aussiedoodles have a moderate to high activity level. They need a good walk or active playtime each day, and they are athletic enough to participate in such dog sports as agility, flyball, obedience and rally. They can also be excellent therapy dogs.
Both of the breeds used to create Aussiedoodles are considered to be canine Einsteins. It’s to your benefit to give the Aussiedoodle a job that will keep him busy, busy, busy. Teach him to find and bring you things, pull your gardening equipment around the yard, or anything else you can think of. Keeping him occupied will ensure that he doesn’t go off and find his own (likely destructive) entertainment. But if you begin socialization and training early and use positive reinforcement techniques such as praise, play and food rewards, you will be rewarded with a wonderful companion.
Poodles have a reputation for being hypoallergenic, meaning that they can be tolerated by people who have allergies to dogs. Because they have the Poodle in their heritage, Aussiedoodles are also sometimes promoted as being hypoallergenic. But allergies are caused not by a particular dog coat type but by dander, the dead skin cells that are shed by all dogs. There is no scientific evidence that any breed or crossbreed is more or less allergenic than any other dog. Some people with mild allergies react less severely to particular dogs, but no reputable breeder will guarantee that her dogs are hypoallergenic.

Multi-Drug Resistance Gene, (MDR) codes for a protein that is responsible for protecting the brain by transporting potentially harmful chemicals away from the brain. In certain breeds, a mutation occurs in the MDR1 gene that causes sensitivity to Ivermectin, Loperamide, and a number of other drugs. Dogs with this mutation have a defect in the P-glycoprotein that is normally responsible for transporting certain drugs out of the brain. The defective protein inhibits the dog's ability to remove certain drugs from the brain, leading to a buildup of these toxins. As a result of the accumulation of toxins, the dog can show neurological symptoms, such as seizures, ataxia, or even death.
Dogs that are homozygous for the MDR1 gene (meaning that they have two copies of the mutation) will display a sensitivity to Ivermectin and other similiar drugs. These dogs will also always pass one copy of the mutation to all potential offspring. Dogs that are heterozygous (meaning they have only one copy of the mutation) can still react to these drugs at higher doses. Also, there is a 50% chance that a dog with one copy of the mutation will pass it on to any offspring.
There are many different types of drugs that have been reported to cause problems.
The following is a list of some of the drugs:
Ivermectin (found in heartworm medications) Loperamide (Imodium over the counter antidiarrheal agent) Doxorubicin, Vincristine, Vinblastine (anticancer agents) Cyclosporin (immunosuppressive agent) Digoxin (heart drug) Acepromazine (tranquiliser) Butorphanol ("Bute" pain control).
The following drugs may also cause problems: Ondansetron, Domperidone, Paclitaxel, Mitoxantrone, Etoposide, Rifampicin, Quinidine, Morphine.
All heartworm preventive medications can affect dogs with the MDR1 mutation, including ivermectin (Heartgard), milbemycin (Interceptor, Sentinel), selamectin (Revolution), and moxidectin (ProHeart, Advantage Multi). The very low doses used for heartworm prevention, however, should not cause any harm, even to dogs with two copies of the defective gene. Discuss this with your Veterinarian.
Which breeds are affected?
- Australian Shepherds (50%)
- Border Collies (5%)
- Collies (Rough and Smooth) (70%)
- English Shepherds (15%)
- German Shepherd Dogs (10%)
- Long-Haired Whippets (65%)
- McNabbs (30%)
- Miniature American (Australian) Shepherds (50%)
- Mix-breeds (5%)
- Old English Sheepdogs (5%)
- Shetland Sheepdogs (15%)
- Silken Windhounds (30%)
MDR/MDR Affected The dog carries two copies of the mutant gene and is homologous for the MDR1 mutation. The dog will react to Ivermectin, or other listed drugs, and will always pass a copy of the mutated gene to its offspring.
MDR/n Carrier Both the normal and mutant copies of the gene detected. Dog is a carrier for the MDR1 mutation, and can pass on a copy of the defective gene to its offspring 50% of the time.
n/n Clear Dog tested negative for the MDR gene mutation, and will not pass on the defective gene to its offspring.
An Aussiedoodle is half Australian Shepherd, so there is a less than 25% chance that Aussiedoodles could carry the MDR1 gene. Test is recommended before using heartworm preventives with Ivermectin
